Mails not sending

    Hello,

    I have been using the plugin with Brevo (Sendinblue) for long time on multiple sites, and few months ago all mails stopped being delivered, and I have no idea why. Things I checked:

    • Emails are being sent from WordPress, test email sends successfully too, but neither of them never gets delivered. Tested with different types of recipient mailboxes. Tested with mail checker.
    • WordPress doesn’t log any errors either.
    • API keys and authentification are valid, ( I followed the plugin tutorial and redid it multiple times )Brevo support confirmed that everything is working fine on their side.
    • Same problem persists on multiple sites on different servers.

    Would you have any idea where the problem could be ?

    Hi there @eglemcom,

    If test emails show successful but never arrive, it means the emails are being transferred to the mailer service successfully. However, something may be happening on the other end when Brevo gets the email.

    Check your Brevo account’s Transactional log. There may be an issue on the Brevo side that is keeping the emails from sending.
