woocommerce register page non exist and mobile view for hand-picked products

1.My woocommerce register page is not exist and redirect to login page

2. For mobile view of home page for roll layout if 4 photos in 1 row, hand-picked products or product carousel cannot be shown in 2 column

would you help me to create css code for mobile view of it?
