Emails cannot be sent

    I have never used the plugin to send a newsletter. I use the extension to send sports betting tips to subscribers by email. It worked perfectly until now, but today no one received an email (not even me). No changes have been made to the website, nor has the plugin been updated. I also tried an older version, it doesn’t work either, I don’t receive the test email, even though it is sent.

    Emails written in the ordinary way are successfully sent out (through Gmail), so there should be no problem with the server.

    I use the campaign page to send emails, from there I usually send the emails manually by group. I’ve been using the plugin for years, it was still working yesterday.

    It appears that email is being blocked/discarded by the mailer. To confirm that, please find the following suggestions.

    1) Firstly, please check if you are receiving the test email from the third-party plugin. (Install > Send test email).

    2) If yes then, we recommend you to check this document which helps you to understand common email-sending problems.

    3) If the issue persists after checking and confirming the above document then, we advise you to review the Email Sending Settings (navigate to Express > Settings > Email Sending > Choose a mailer for mail delivery).

    If you have selected WP Mail or Php Mail to send emails then suggest you check the Maximum emails to send at once option should not be more than the hosting provider email sending limit otherwise it will get discarded after crossing the limit.

    We recommend you to talk with your hosting provider about the sending limit status.
