Welcome Email customize error

    Since the last update, when I customize the welcome email, after some time, it reverts back to the generic one predefined in the plugin.

    Also, by default, it adds the text ‘Hello {name}!’ and cannot be overridden.

    Can anything be done about this, please?

    Uhm that sounds like a bug. Are you running the version 8.1.1? Recently we fixed a few problems with the welcome email. Are you using the simple text message or the new welcome email crafted with the composer?

    Are you running a multilanguage site?

    I’m using PHP 8.2.14?and simple text message. Since this morning, I haven’t detected the issue. If I see it happening again, I will post here again.
