    Hi, can you please tell me how the upgrade/downgrade plan works? Your documentation has very limited info. If a user has an annual plan for €100 and he needs to upgrade to a new plan €150 in the middle of the plan duration (6months), how much he will have to pay for the upgrade? €150 or €150 minus the half of the already paid plan? Because then this is not just an upgrade, he looses money. And we will have to refund the amount each time, this is not possible when having hundreds or thousands of subscribers. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Regarding Upgrade/Downgrade, ARMember provides a facility to upgrade and downgrade membership plans, If members want to upgrade to a higher level plan($150) from the normal plan($100) then they need to purchase that membership plan fully(charge a full amount $150 of that upgraded plan amount) after that Member will be upgraded to higher plan immediately or after expiration of current plan as per configuration in membership plan from ARMember -> Manage Plans-> Add/Edit plan page at “Enable Upgrade / Downgrade Action” section.
    But the amount difference that you are referring to is the pro rata and unfortunately, currently pro rata facility is not available.

    Ok, I see. thank you for the reply. Do you think that you will implement the pro rata in future updates?
