Great plugin when it works! However it is like a hit or miss.

At times my website loads instantly and at times the pages take a while to load.

Testing on various websites I see there is a long wait and thus getting this (some times) on Pagespeed Reduce initial server response time 8 seconds.

Again, some times I don’t have this problem so that’s why I am mentioning this is a hit or miss plugin (at least for me).

I am on a Cloud Entry Hosting with 2 CPU Cores and 2GB RAM

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you!

So when running Pagespeed test by Google and sometimes I see Reduce initial server response time 8-10 seconds, should this be ignored?

Only reason I am asking is because at times when I visit my site (with your plugin installed) it is too slow to load and some times it is just instant! so I am wondering what can I do on my end to make it work.

Not sure why Homepage is not showing it at the moment, but on other pages it does show Reduce initial server response time?Root document took 6,560?ms

That probably because either the page has been purged from cache or hasn’t been cached yet. I just run a PSI test on the same page again and got this result: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-micaritafeliz-com-secretos-de-belleza-japonesas-piel-perfecta/z2v31vjxqr?form_factor=mobile and Initial server response time is 30ms.

BTW please ensure you have enabled smart tiered cache inside your Cloudflare dashboard.

I ran a test on the same page and got different results: Reduce initial server response time Root document took 5,200 ms

Hi,
The initial response time is higher when pages are not being served from CDN cache. As I just run another test on the same page and not seeing that option: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-micaritafeliz-com-secretos-de-belleza-japonesas-piel-perfecta/dfwkvil66x?form_factor=mobile means page is being served from cache.
