Assigning taxonomies to categories

    I have a page with lots of custom taxonomies (100+). That is because I sell lots of different sorts of items and each item category has its own set of taxonomies. It really is not doable to have this entire list of 100+ taxonomies load for each product when in reality each product only need about 3. Is there anyway to link a taxonomy to a product category. Then if a product is loaded in the dashboard it only shows the taxonomies linked to the category linked to the product.

    To be fair, this seems so “logical” that I for the longest time thought I was just missing something obvious, but.. unless I am.. this is not currently possible?

    Not sure what to suggest here, to be honest, as CPTUI doesn’t handle any of the loading of taxonomy term data. That would all be handled by the active theme.

    This also sounds a lot like WooCommerce attributes more than anything, which we don’t have any interaction with out of box, but I’m willing to be wrong regarding this specific detail.
