Cannot Crop Header Image & Upload

  • BIG problem here. Been trying and trying to upload a header image to my site. Actually, I can upload an image from my computer, but when I am taken to the screen to “Choose the part of the image you want to use as your header,” I am prevented from cropping the image at all. If I hit “Crop and Publish,” I get an all black header.

    I thought perhaps it was my browser (Firefox) doing something funky, so I switched over to Safari. Same thing.

    Any thoughts on what the glitch is that is preventing me from cropping my header image? All I’m doing is trying to upload a logo,
