Send [_serial_number] to the spreadsheet

  • I’m working on a simple contact form that generates ticket numbers on warranty claims. I’m using the [_serial_number] from Contact Form 7 + Flamingo Setup to send the ticket via email. But I can’t get this unique ID when sending information to Google Sheet to match the ticket number.

    Another option would be using the CRM Entries “Entry ID” as ticket number, but I can’t send this ID via email as well.
