    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please go to Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > User Registration > Disable > Save the changes.

    Support > Settings > General Settings > General > Allow create new ticket > Remove guest from the list > Save the changes.

    Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Open ticket page > Remove the existing page > Save the settings.
