Hello everyone, the emails that are sent from the site through the plugin reach the recipient even after many hours. There seems to be some sort of queue, I say this because if I try to send several test emails the first 4 or 5 arrive immediately and then they start to delay. What could it depend on? Thank you all!

  • Hi @studiobenvenuti,

I hope you are doing well.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. Some mailing service usually takes time to send the email but it mostly some seconds or minutes, and the time delay you mentioned is very high. It seems like your mailing service queuing the emails. You can ask your mailing service provider about the receiving of the emails after sending from the plugin or check by changing your mailing socket.

If the delay is from your site i.e. your mailing service receives the emails after the delay, you can contact your host service provider about this issue.

I hope this will help you, let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks and regards,

@studiobenvenuti I had this problem with the Gmail API at first using a Google Workspace paid account. I read online that sometimes during the trial period, it can be like this. I could see that Gmail attempted to send all the emails on time using the log, but after the first 30 emails, the others were mostly giving non-fatal bounces that allow a retry. It can happen with new email addresses without much reputation. Hope this helps.
