The one majorly causing a perfomance issue Google Tag.

Google Tag Manager is relatively notorious for causing bad performance.

The instructions there allow you to load GTM Asynchronously. By default, GTM loads synchronously, which means it can block the rendering of the page until it’s fully loaded. You can modify the GTM code to load asynchronously, allowing the rest of the page to load without being delayed by GTM.

Try to solve that first.

so if i finish the following steps, then the CLS problem will be solved?

1. Add GTM preloaded link: <link href=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=mygtmid&#8221; rel=”preload” as=”script”>
2. Remove unnecessary Tags from GTM
3. Optimize your javascript codes injected from the GTM

There are some other issues on your site, but addressing GTM would be a good start.
