    Hello,

    We use FluentSMTP connected to Office365 via API (Azure APP). Most of the emails get delivered, but some fail with the following errors:

    { “code”: 422, “message”: “Not Found”, “errors”: [ “Not Found” ] }
    { “code”: 422, “message”: “Forbidden”, “errors”: [ “Forbidden” ] }

    If I retry, the emails get delivered.

    Can you help us with this problem?

    Hello there,

    Would you please mention if the failed emails are from a specific plugin? In addition, can you please check if the failed emails from that plugin have a different from email?

    The emails are sent by WooCommerce. All emails are sent out with the same dress, but for some, it works, and for others, it doesn’t.

    We also have this problem on another website. There we are sending with Ninja Forms.
