Migration site name issue

Odd one. I made major changes to my site in WPStaging and have the Staging site “just right” I use Ai1 to export, then restored to a test serer, NOT yet my live site. All worked well BUT the site title when visited from WP Dashboard show the name as Staging – my site rather than my site. And the header is the Staging Orange rather than Live site black. This will confuse me. Can I fix this?

I hope that makes sense.

Second, I tired to migrate to Live and it crashed everything. I restored by using an older public_html ..htaccess and changing php back to 7.3 From 8.0 . The migration file is 7.3. It is possible my host changed me to 8.0 Unknowingly and that is why this failed. NO files in the WPress folder were changed by the migration.

I will not attempt again until I know I can change the title bar. The site name is correct in settings, btw. And any advise for this to work will be greatly appreciated!
