Let me first preface with this: I am VERY new to WordPress and coding and all that, so please be forgiving.

    Theme: Astra
I installed the AMP plugin with the intention of speeding up my mobile/tablet web pages. It’s maybe been a week since I just noticed that on the mobile/tablet versions of my website, the following:

    – The navigation menu will not drop down on mobile; on a tablet, it is constantly dropped down in the middle of the made with no text and does not navigate anywhere if clicked on.
    – there are a few embedded forms on the website, and none of them show
    – no pictures show (unless they are set as backgrounds on a container).

I immediately activated and deleted the AMP plugin and redirected amp pages with the Redirection plugin.

Please help me remedy this issue; if people cannot access my forms or my website doesn’t work well, it affects potential clients. I’m pretty disappointed with myself here…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gonplaiheda,

Try deactivating your caching plugin and also clear your browser cache. It might help solve the issue.

There are several AMP plugins available.

    Which one are you using?

Okay, thanks – I will try that, my caching plugin is Siteground, which is also my host. Will that be an issue?

The AMP plugin is called AMP, which is by ?AMP Project Contributors

Update: deactivation caching plugin (speed optimizer by site ground) did solved the issue! I really appreciate the help James!!
What a relief! Now that my caching plugin is deactivated…what do you suggest I do in the future if I want to clear cache? Thanks in advance!

I recommend that you report the issue to either your AMP or caching plugin’s support, they should be able to either fix the issue or advise further.
