    Hello,

I installed and configured LSCache on my website with a LiteSpeed server from O2Switch.
I get a very good score on desktop and mobile, but the user experience is poor.

The first time the site loads, it takes several steps (giving the impression that the site loads several times).
I’ve followed several tutorials on optimal configuration for an e-commerce site (including this one from LSCache) but the problem persists.

Here’s a gif of the loading on desktop:

    And one for mobile :

You can simply go to the site and see the problem for yourself (from the 2nd load it gets better)
    My report number: UTZJTWPV

Thanks in advance for your help

    Hello,

Thanks for your help, I’ve just followed your instructions but it doesn’t seem to change anything. The multiple loading is still present. I can provide you with access to the backoffice if that helps.

Thank you, the multiple loading seems to have disappeared. However, the page takes much longer to load.

With the guest mode active :

yes , but the refresh only happens on the very first access , so I guess you can either keep the guest mode , or disable it and tune the page accordingly to the PSI
