OAuth Rest API Not Connecting after I click Authorize and log in

Hi @kshumaker,

After logging in, you should get a connection to the API. Can you verify the status of the API connection in the plugin after the authorization you mention?

A screenshot of the plugin settings would be helpful for further analysis.

Here is the screenshot of the plugin settings.

I have clicked Authorize, which opens up the UPS login, and then I enter in my username and check off the box that says “By continuing, I agree to the?UPS Technology Agreement and authorize?UPS WooCommerce Live Rates and Access Points PRO…”. I then click Continue, enter my password, and am logged in to UPS. Unfortunately, this log in process does not even attempt to authorize with the plugin. Not sure if I am missing a step in there somehow.

Unfortunately, as the authors of the plugin, we have no direct influence on the authorization process. Have you tried consulting this issue directly with UPS as well?

Could you please add a UPS Live Rates shipping method and verify if the rates are available?

I’ve found reports in the past where the API returned an authorization error, yet the plugin worked fine and rates were available.
