Block page shows wrong site name and email

    The domain name and site name is wrong. It still shows my previous name.

    Is there a way to change it?

    Hi @annaise, thanks for getting in touch.

    I would double-check the following values in WordPress itself have been updated for the domain change:

    • WordPress > Settings > WordPress Address (URL)
    • WordPress > Settings > Site Address (URL)
    • WordPress > Settings > Administration Email Address

    You can also check Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > Where to email alerts is correct too, but this should only relate to the alerts you choose to receive from the plugin.

    Let us know if that doesn’t seem to solve the issue,

    Its all been updated and I’ve been getting alerts for months now. It shows that domain on the screenshot but if I fill in the box and do “send unlock email” it sends an email to the right address.

    My issue is that it displays the wrong domain which is confusing and looks scammy

    I reinstalled the plugin and found out where the text is coming from when setting it back up again. Changed it.
