Using the single_record_link

The support page suggests that the [pdb_list] can use a single_record_link attribute but I cannot get it to work. I want it to display one particular records but in the list format.

So I have tried [pdb_list single_record_link=”12018″] and [pdb_list single_record_link=12018] but they just display the complete list as though single_record_link was not there at all.
