Popup showing again and again on homepage

    Hi. I’m using version 7.9.0 of your plugin which I purchased about 1 week ago through your website.

    I want the popup to ONLY show on the HOMEPAGE and only once per user. I have made the appropriate selections.

    General tab: DISPLAY is set to include but then no POST TYPES or POSTS are selected. I have checked the check box for “SHOW ON HOME PAGE”

    Settings tab: DISPLAY ONCE PER SESSION IS SET TO 0.

    Limitation Users Tab: DISPLAY ONCE PER USER IS CHECKED.

    This is NOT a cache issue. I use a cache plugin but I always clear/purge the cache.

    The popup shows when you enter my website and load the homepage. HOWEVER, when you reload the homepage, e.g., by clicking on the logo, the popup reloads and shows again and again and again.

    I only want the popup to show ONCE per user.
