I am using the generatepress theme but when I’m going to edit the blog page which I set as a post page shows an error. When I add my own design post grid, it shows the both old and new post grid design twice. So, how can I remove the old post design from the blog page?

[ redundant link removed ], I want to upload the home page design to the blog page(/blog/).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

the blog page which I set as a post page

When you set a page to be your blog page, WordPress replaces the stati page to load the index

So… DO NOT set the page to be your posts page.

so, you want me to keep uncheck the blog page in the Reading setting?

    Yes.
Then your blog page will be a static page and WP will show its contents.

Were you able to resolve the issue? It looks correct to me: https://www.screencast.com/t/e0DTyt8qUOYI

You are using a caching plugin so make sure it’s cleared everything a modification is made – or simply disable it during the dev stage.

I am using these plugins, so check what plugin I have to disable.

From what I can see the issue has already been resolved. If you are still having the issue then disable all plugins to test.
