I was pleased and amazed by the level of service behind this plugin. Instructions were easy to follow. Email exchanges were quick and timely.

I had a glitch in my initial migration, and was guided professionally to the source of the problem, which was simply a corrupted zip file – nothing to do with the plugin. Once this problem was identified, the migration went well and our site is up and running. Altogether a great experience.
