contact form 7 autoresponder email(2) not working

Hello, I have got issue with email(2) in plugin Contact form 7. After the filling the contact form plugin send email to my – thats correct. But I have also set automatic email to the customer and it does not work. I have tried YT help videos but still does not work. ReCaptcha activated. By the way – I have asked also support team by my hosting server and they said “it is not their business”. Help please where could be problem.
