Staging to Live cloning method?

Take a look at the duplicator plugin. It creates an archive of your page which you can deploy to any web server, and duplicator will adapt all the URLs and database tables for you. It’s really good.

Making the staging site from a live one isn’t an issue… we have that sorted already.

Is there any way to export & import latest members / member data from the live site to the staging site? While staging has been worked on new members may have come through on the live site (which is still active).

Furthermore, we found this on the UM website, https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1549-export-import

But it doesnt give us much confidence with migrating the UM content from the live site to the staging one prior to pushing it live.
