Stop loading dashicons for visitors

    During a performance audit we found that dashicons.min.css is enqueued for logged out visitors by Everest Forms. This is done on pages where Everest Forms is not used. We believe the dashicons are only needed in the wp-admin area for logged-in users. Can you conditionally load the dashicons.min.css for logged-in users only please?
