I have tried everything to create a mobile popup that fits into the screen of mobile devices without having to scroll down. I started with the default settings however the wording exceed the size of the container, when I used the custom parameters that never seemed to work either.

I would appreciate any advice, i know this is a settings issue but I can not seem to figure it out.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @westbury84

    I hope you’re well today!

I’m not sure how this popup is configured currently but in general:

    – on “Appearance” page of popup settings, there’s a switch in top-right corner to enable “Custom Mobile Settings”
    – once it’s enabled, you’ll see option (tabs) at the top (directly below “Appearance” header) to switch between “desktop” and “mobile” layout confiuration
    – so switch to mobile and there you would want to focus on two sections mainly

    a) the “Typography” – you may want to switch it to “Custom” to set smaller fonts for mobile view
    b) the “Advanced” – after switching to “Custom” you’ll be able to set smaller markings and paddings for popup, resulting in content “pushing” popup width/height less.

You should be able to adjust your popup this way to suit your design needs but in case you’d still need help, would you please export popup and share that export with us so we could check its current configuration?

    To do so:

    – go to the “Hustle -> Pop-ups” page
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the popup in question and select “Export” option
    – put exported json file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account and include link to it in your response below.

This way we’ll be able to import popup (without any sensitive information) to test setup, check its configuration and get back to you with more specific suggestions.

    Best regards,
    Adam
