• I’ve Installed a new theme, made the necessary changes in my test site and took back-up of the files. When I tried to implement the new theme changes for my main site from the back-up, it worked for sometime and after that I’m starting to see this following message
509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.”

Now I’m unable to login into my own site.

Your help will be deeply appreciated?

  • Hi @manoj87

It seems that your hosting provider limits the bandwidth you are allowed to use on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. Contact your hosting provider to have this limitation temporarily or permanently lifted or increased.

Also, make sure you understand why you’re reaching your limit. If your website isn’t expected to generate high bandwidth usage, either your hosting provider has very low limits and maybe you should look for another one, or something on your website is using it inappropriately.

    Best of luck!

    Hey @luk4,

Thanks for quick reply, will definitely check with the hosting provider and will let you once it gets resolved.
