Phone field not displaying and working properly

Hi there,
Looking at your page, I can see something on your site is adding a 10px width to your phone field.

Could you please go to edit the style used on this form, and under the “general” tab on the Styles page, make sure the checkbox is enable to override theme styling.

Does that resolve your issue?

Thanks! I tried both enabling and disabling “Enable Formidable Styling” under Style page. Not sure if this is what you are referring to do. Could you please help formatting the phone field. I believe it will be done through Field Options, Advanced (screenshot).

I need 10 digits entered as in India, there are 10 digit mobile numbers. I tried by myself but could not succeed.
