    I have emailed you as I was asked to do, but I am still waiting, four days now ?? Please, attend to my issue which should not have happened. It is clearly stated on your website that licenses are paid for one time. They do NOT expire. This is called FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! An the issue is certainly NOT RESOLVED.
