    I want to use the reminder email manually. But it is not possible to do so. Please advice me how i can. In settings “Enable manual reminders” has been set. With by most of the orders the enveloppe is not clickable behind the orders. What to do> Thank you in advance.

    Here a screenshot of the orders. No matter what i do with settings of CusRev, the enveleloppe stays grey and not clickable.

    Hi,

    In your first screenshot, the Review Reminder status shows “not received customer consent”. That means the customer hasn’t provided their consent on the checkout page. And it isn’t possible to send a review reminder to a customer if they don’t provide their consent.

    In your second screenshot, I see the option “Customer Consent” is disabled but I think it is disabled after those orders were made. Please recheck this issue with new orders.

    Do I need to have it enabled to have the plugin and its reminders working ?

    Hello,

    I still have problems with CusRev emails. We do not want the visitor to click a box. The visitor also overlooks this box. I can’t send mannualy mails. The envelop stays gray and not clickable, also when the order has been completed. No matter which settings I use. There is a pop up thays says: a reminder email cannot be sent because the customer has not given permission. Can you please tell me what to do with the settings.
