I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue we are currently facing on our WordPress website regarding email verification.

The problem is that neither users nor administrators are receiving the email verification links. This is affecting the user registration process and is a significant hurdle for our site’s functionality.

When a new user registers on our site, the expected email verification link is not being sent to their registered email address.

Similarly, administrators are also not receiving any email verification links when they attempt to perform actions that require verification.

We have checked spam/junk folders, and the emails are not there.

Our WordPress installation, plugins, and themes are up to date.

We have reviewed the email settings in the WordPress admin area, and they appear to be configured correctly.

We kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hello,

    Hope you are doing well.

We all tried this but still the same issue persists can you please explain more about that?

We have been encountering a persistent issue while attempting to verify users from the admin back panel, and despite multiple attempts, the problem persists.

When initiating the verification process from the back panel, the intended confirmation message is not being successfully delivered to the user’s email. We have followed the standard procedures for generating verification tokens, updating user records, and sending the verification email. However, users are not receiving the expected email message.

To provide more clarity, upon verification from the back panel, the message that is supposed to appear in the user’s email is not being delivered as expected.

Please guide us in further process.

    Hi @jagrutiparihar1712 ,

Please, first update the plugin to the most recent version, and then click on “Email > Reset section settings“.

That way you should get the new default email subject and content that should make the email more deliverable.

    The new default email subject:
    [%site_title%]: Please activate your account

    The new default email content:
    <p>Please <a href="%verification_url%" target="_blank">click here</a> to verify your email on <a href="%site_url%" target="_blank">%site_title%</a>.</p>

Let me know if it helps.
