[Plugin: Share and Follow] Not all icons showing?

  • I have been using Share and Follow for quite a while, and I love it! One problem… with this last update, suddenly only five of the ten icons I have selected show up! I’m using the <?php my_share_links(); ?> tag to embed them in my theme. Any suggestions?

    Hey Ghost1227,

    I expect it is just the browser caching of the sprite file. All you need to do is clear your cache.

    There are many ways to do it, but I personally use CCLEANER and clear my cache and off-line file in one go. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download click the download button on the right for the free version.

    However with Firefox you can press SHIFT+Refresh button, and I believe on chrome CTRL+SHIFT+Refresh Button, to clear the browser cache.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache, as well as switching between sprites and images with no success… it’s not just the image that doesn’t show up, but the code itself.

    Actually don’t worry, I’ve found and fixed the issue, now releasing version 1.50.1 with it all working correctly

    Oh, by the way, it seems that the auto upgrade is not working 100% at the moment as wordpress are delivering version 1.50 when it should be 1.50.1

    For the latest, you’ll have to download, un-zip and then upload to your server using FTP

    Hopefully it will work it’s self out in a short while

    Hey Ghost,

    it was because I went from using seperate global variables for sharing and following and how have gone to 1 array with both and for got to update the function with that info.
