Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, setting a price range is not allowed, because the booking process requires to be able to calculate the exact cost for the requested stay dates and number of guests. Those who use the Channel Manager together with Vik Booking can optionally define some automatic rules to lower or increase the room rates on specific dates depending on the demand and remaining availability on some targeted dates.
Instead, setting a custom value like “on demand” is possible by turning on the request information button from the back-end edit page for your room/listing. From the same page, you can also specify a custom “starting from price” and “label” in case you wanted to add values like “on demand”. In this case, the listing should have no rates configured so that front-end direct bookings won’t be actually allowed, but it will be request to send booking inquiries through the apposite “request information” form.
