    Good day.

I have a problem with the plugin.
Through Meta Pixel Helper event PageView shows that there is an error.

    https://ibb.co/PMyLjL4

What I have done is 5 times I created new pixels and attached to the plugin the problem remains.
I stopped the caching plugin and any plugins that might be affected by this event. Without success.
In reality, through the facebook site, it appears that the event is a success. And at some point the PageView event lights up green. But on next visit it shows problem again.
I was removing the plugin and re-uploading it and re-pinning it.

    Example:

The site is: beststore . bg

Please advise what I can do and what could be causing this problem.

  • Hey there, @vladimirvuch! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Here are somethings to try to figure out what is going on:

    1. Check Facebook Pixel ID:

    • Verify that you’ve integrated the Facebook pixel correctly in your WooCommerce settings. Go to your WordPress admin, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Facebook, and make sure your Pixel ID is correctly entered.

    2. Test Pixel Events:

    • Try sending the desired event using the test events?tool.
    • If the test events tool does not detect the event, there may be an issue with the Pixel Helper implementation. Please review Meta Pixel implementation with your developer. Learn more

Please share your findings with us.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello.

Press for “Try sending the desired event using the test events tool.”
I tested through it there the events are seen correctly and the data about them appears.
I’ve checked it several times and it’s correct. As a matter of fact in the Pixel’s stats the events are getting right as far as I can trace.

Only the Meta Pixel Helper plugin doesn’t report it correctly in my tests and observations.

This is the logo from yesterday. I don’t see any problem.
    Today’s log is empty.

    Hi there @vladimirvuch ??

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.

From what I gather, the issue is with what the Meta Pixel Helper is reporting, as the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin works as expected.

Feel free to reach out to Meta’s support channel (linked here, up-top), as they would be in a better position to assist you.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

What was causing the problem was a PWA plugin that cached the request with service worker and then caused a problem reporting the request to facebook.
I removed it and the problem was solved.
I’m leaving this as an answer if I can help someone else who has this problem.

    Hey @vladimirvuch!

Thank you for sharing the solution here to possibly other users in the future. It’s a great way to help the community.

I’m glad the issue was resolved.

I’ll mark this as solved, okay? Please feel free to reach out if you need further help with anything else.

    Have a wonderful day!
