Good day Everybody! I’d really appreciate if anyone tells me how to fix this issue ? The scanning result only shows me a yellow button alert.

It only shows yellow alert on ” Server State”. When I moved to debugging option it showed an error ” X wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 7: ” . Guys, I really appreciate your respond.

Hi @usmonali, thanks for your question.

From our scan stages documentation, the yellow triangle you’re seeing appears during the following checks:

    Server State
Scan for unauthorized DNS changes (discontinued)
    Monitor disk space
Scan for misconfigured How does Wordfence get IPs
PHP Version Check (cannot be disabled)
    Check Web Application Firewall status
Check for paths that are not scanned by defaulthttps://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/#scan-stages

For the server state warning, your connectivity issue in the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page seems to be the cause.

Broadly speaking, cURL Error 7 often means that the website can’t make the connection to our servers at all. If you are running Cloudflare or another environment that might need further configuration, then we do have some common troubleshooting you can try out: https://www.wordfence.com/help/central/connect/#troubleshooting-connection-issues

If none of the above helps, we might be able to tell more about your server environment and most common reasons for connectivity issues on that environment if you also provide your diagnostic. You can also send that to wftest @ wordfence . com directly from the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.
