Popup integration in Flatsome Theme

    Hello,

    we use the “Flatsome” theme for our WooCommerce store. Here you have the option of integrating the MC4WP shortcode into a popup. If the popup appears, the form is also displayed.

    If you fill out the form and click on “Register”, the popup closes and the page is reloaded. Below the form it says that the registration was successful. However, we do not see the new registration in Mailchimp. All other forms on the website work without any problems.

    How can we solve the problem? For some reason, the registration data is not being transferred.

    On MC4WP > Other, (in your WordPress admin) can you set it to “log everything”, clear the log and then test the popup, and see if anything at all shows in the log as a result of the test?

    Hi,

    thank you for the feedback. I already checked the log, but nothing appears here when I make a test. In general the log works when there are other issues like (user already subscribed, etc.).

    Any other idea how to fix it?

    Hi, Did you set it to log everything, and then checked the log after testing the form again, and nothing at all showed up in the log?
