I have a client who is saying that she and others can’t view the PDFs in their browsers (Safari and Chrome) but I can’t replicate the issue. I can view them in all browsers and devices I test.

Is there any chance that some browser security settings or extensions might block the PDFs from displaying? I cant’ work out how to fix this issue.

NB I can see the PDF’s in the link but client says she can’t and other people she has asked can’t see them. Or could antivirus stop them from displaying?

    Hi goviral,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

Regarding your query, I checked the issue in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari including incognito/private mode but I am seeing the the PDF on every browser. As your client is only facing the issue it would be great if you could tell her to inspect the issue from the browser and check if the iframe is loading or not and also please check if there is any CSS loading to hide the PDF. Also it would be great if she could share a screencast of that so that we can check and assist you further. You can also follow this screencast for the inspect element process – https://d.pr/v/aPVlIZ

Please feel free to reach out anytime you have issues or queries. We are always here to assist you.

    Thanks and Regards.

Hi, thanks. We realised it was due to a security plugin and we deactivated that and the issue went away. Thanks for your help.
