    Hi there,

1.You cannot use our theme builder feature without Elementor Pro so you will need to use header and footer from your theme.

    2.

If you’re getting errors related to image dimensions or width, it’s possible that there may be restrictions or issues related to how the images are being processed or displayed. Here are some steps you can take within Elementor and WordPress to address image dimension issues:

    1. WordPress Media Settings: In the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Settings > Media. Here you can set the default image sizes for thumbnails, medium, and large images. Ensure that these settings match the dimensions you want for your images. After making changes, regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin like “Regenerate Thumbnails.”
    2. Check Theme Settings: Some themes come with their own settings for image dimensions. Check your theme settings to see if there are any restrictions or configurations related to image sizes.
    3. Verify Image Dimensions: When uploading images to your media library, make sure the images have the correct dimensions. If you’re using images that are too small for the intended display, they may not look as expected.
    4. Regenerate Thumbnails: Use a plugin like “Regenerate Thumbnails” to regenerate all image sizes on your site. This can be particularly helpful if you’ve changed your default image sizes in WordPress or if you’ve switched themes.
    5. Check for Image Optimization Plugins: If you’re using an image optimization plugin, it might be compressing or modifying the dimensions of your images. Review the settings of any image optimization plugins you have installed.
    6. Inspect the HTML/CSS: On the front end of your website, use your browser’s developer tools (right-click on the page and select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element”) to inspect the HTML and CSS related to the problematic images. Look for inline styles or CSS rules that may affect the dimensions of the images.
    7. Check Theme or Child Theme Styles: If you are using a custom theme or child theme, inspect the theme’s stylesheets for any rules that might be affecting image dimensions. You may need to override or adjust these styles.
    8. Clear Caches: Clear any caching mechanisms, both at the server level and any caching plugins you might be using. Cached versions of your pages might still be serving outdated image sizes.
    9. PHP Memory Limit: Ensure that your server has sufficient PHP memory limit to handle image processing. Low memory limits can cause issues, especially when dealing with larger images.

By carefully reviewing and adjusting the image settings at various levels (Elementor, WordPress, Theme), you should be able to address issues related to image dimensions. If the problem persists, consulting with Elementor’s support or your theme’s support might provide more specific guidance tailored to your setup.

    Hi there,

You can try to deactivate your optimizer third-party plugin, if this helps please contact their support.

We strive to make Elementor as compatible as possible with 3rd party plugins and themes, but we cannot control the 3rd party’s code.

Therefore, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme/plugin, so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues

    Hi there,

    1. I have deactivated the plugin and indeed it seems like it fixes the issue, so i need to see if it′′s the css minify or JS. If this is a css or js issue, do I just exclude the the issue?

    2. At the moment i have another issue. I get a 404 for a landing page picture in developer tools. I am not using this picture, but i fund it in the folder at hosting. I deleted, but seems like I still have this issue. /wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Zorbas-landing-page-pic-original.jpg

How can i fix that? The frontpage picture is changed butI have still the issue.

    3. How can activate/ use the footer for hello theme/hello elementor, and edit it? For instance add pages/links, social icons etc.

    Much appreciate for the help

and maybe the most importent questions of all is, can i make my new site like this https://www.zorbas.dk, in elementor free?

I was told that elementor was better than enfold, as enfold might have some issues and not good for technical SEO.

So im trying to find out if i can create a website with most of the features https://www.zorbas.dk has?
