Worst quality and worst creator

This theme is the worst in quality and the attitude of the author.

I am a system engineer in Japan.
I purchased “Newsmash Pro” and within a week I found no less than 5 problems.

1. putting a link in the gallery caption causes an error.
2. when I hide the top header, it leaves extra space for it.
3. when I edit a widget, I get an error message “JSON format is wrong” and cannot save the widget.
4. importing the “Personal” demo does not display the same as the demo.
5. Importing the “Personal Alt” demo does not display the same as the demo.

Perhaps this theme has not been properly tested and there are many other potential glitches.

I contacted support through the theme developer’s website about these problems, but all I got were answers that did not seem very customer-focused, such as flat-out lying and dodging the issue.

• They give me a meaningless modified code that only adds a space after “if” (when I question them about it, they try to dodge the issue).
• They won’t admit that it’s a glitch in the theme, but insist that it’s the network. (They probably think they can fool a layman)
• They try to abandon support without investigating or verifying the problem (and furthermore, they try to address the problem with CSS instead of fixing it)
• They try to modify my environment when they need to modify the body of the theme.
• I have told them that there are many glitches, but they ask what kind of problems I have.

He will try to ask for your site account information, but it is wise not to tell him. You never know what he will do if your site is a working system.
