Finding Plugin

You would start off with an e-commerce plugin. WooCommerce is probably the most popular at the moment, but there’s others around. From there you would look into the multi-vendor or multi-location plugin, and then look into what delivery plugins are available.

With all of that, there’s really no guarantee that you’ll find something that will do 100% of what you want it to do. You’ll probable end up needing at least some custom coding to get things set up the way that they need to be.

Another thing to think of is that while WordPress and WooCommerce is capalbe of doing all of this with the right plugins and customisation, it may not be the best option as there’s a lot of other e-commerce platforms out there that might do this better.
