(I do not have my website in a staged form so unfortunately you can’t see the it other than the “Coming Soon” page.) Yesterday and out of the blue the JEG Elementor plugin ceased to work and created a “Critical Error” when trying to edit through the ‘Elementor edit’. I downgraded the PHP version to 7.4 and deactivated the JEG Elementor plugin and now I can see my website, but now, of course, the JEG elements are no longer there since deactivating. Tried everything from deactivating all plugins, including deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Nothing seems to work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @valpeterson9191,

We apologize for any inconvenience. The compatibility notification occurred because we haven’t updated the “tested up to” version of Elementor in the Jeg Elementor Kit readme. For now, you can disregard that notification because we always use the latest version of Elementor in our development, and we haven’t encountered any issues.

Regarding the error you’re experiencing, could you provide us with an error message? You can usually find error messages in your debug.log or error.log files. If you’re not familiar with technical issues like this, you can try contacting your hosting service. They can help you identify what’s happening behind the scenes.

For now, we recommend increasing your site’s WP Memory Limit to 512MB as Elementor recommends, or even to 768MB for optimal performance. Often, when the Elementor Editor fails to load or keeps loading indefinitely, it’s because the site’s memory limit has been reached.

However, if there’s a critical error, we’ll need to see the error message first. So, we’ll await your further updates.

    Thank You

I figured it out. Rookie mistake by renaming a template that connected to a JEG Elementor element. As soon as I disabled that element, voilà, it worked.

Upped the memory prior to my discovery as well, since I read that could be the issue.

    Thanks for responding so quickly.
