    Hi valex,

    The purpose of this plugin is to create FAQs and a page for each individual FAQ. It uses a post type to create the FAQs, so each FAQ is a post. As such, this functions exactly like your normal posts and pages. With that in mind, you can use any SEO plugin (e.g. Yoast) to manage each individual FAQ/post and even noindex the whole post type, which is what it sounds like you want.
