Popup from Popup Box showing again and agan

    Hey, there is this wierd popup that keeps showing even after deleting the plugin. I tried everything. Updated everything I could, increased the PHP version. It keeps on showing. Even when the plugin is deleted it is still there.

    If i’m logged in to admin part – it doesnt show. But when I log out the dashboard – there it is again.
    How to remove it?

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that, technically it is impossible so that the removed popup can be displayed on your site.
    We strongly believe the problem is connected to the Cache plugin you are using.

    Please clear the?caches?and make sure the?cache?is?excluded?on the page where the?given?popup is displayed.?
    After clearing the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.?

    I have no idea why that cache would keep showing something that isn’t there but clearing it seems to have resolved the issue. Thank you! ??

    Glad to hear that the problem has been fixed for you.

    I want to mention, that the reason for the problem comes from the Static HTML property of the cache.?The system checks what HTML was loaded for the first time and stores it in one of your folders.?

    Each time, the cached HTML is displayed, due to which the changes you make are not reflected on your site.
    Once you removed the caches, the problem was resolved.?
