Hello. I’m here because I’m trying to get WooCommerce working 100% and to access site visit information you need Jetpack.

The problem is, when installing the latest version, it crashes my site. After testing for a while, I tried old versions until I found one that allowed me to navigate. All ok, until I realized that the WooCommerce Checkout section was broken, so I continued downgrading the versions.

I managed to get it working with version 8.8.2. After an apparently success, I experienced problems again, this time with the floating cart plugin.

I finally disabled Jetpack and the site is running without all the WooCommerce features. The abandoned cart problem persists (it doesn’t update automatically), I don’t quite understand if it is related, apparently not.

How can I get Jetpack to work properly?

    My worpress version is 6.2.1
    WooCommerce 8.2.2
    Php 8.1.26

    Thank you!

    Hi @unapragmatica

It sounds like you are facing compatibility issues between Jetpack and other plugins on your site, including WooCommerce. To assist you better, it would be helpful to know the URL of your site so I can take a closer look.

It sounds like there is a third plugin contributing to the issue as well when you mention a “floating cart plugin”. Is that the case?

If so, can you test with just the latest version of Jetpack and WooCommerce and see if you still experience issues. If not, you will need to reach out to the developer of the “floating cart plugin” for assistance.
