    Hi,

When I want to add a new location, it’s impossible to give it a name. The box is way too small.

When I inspect it in DevTools and compare it with another site that runs My calendar, the option value of the “location_label” has a “slot”-attribute where the error occurs and the input type is missing.

The site without this problem, doesn’t show that attribute and has “text” as input type.

Even though the location name is required, I can save the new location without specified name.

Do you have any idea what’s wrong? I’ve already deactivate all plugins, without succes.

    Kind regards,

    Frank

It looks like you have location value controls implemented for the location name. These are set at My Calendar > Settings > Input > Location Controls. That converts the input to a select and limits your options to pre-defined values.

How does one turn off that feature? The field at Location Controls is pre-populated, for me, and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious option to turn it off. (Attempting to erase the content doesn’t work.)

Figured it out at the shortcode generator – submissions forms settings for the location element.
