Customer Enters Wrong E-Mail Address for New Order

Hi, a customer has just placed an Order, but because they put an extra letter in their e-mail address, they didn’t get the Order Confirmation E-Mail and therefore also won’t get the Order Dispatch E-Mail with a Tracking Link when we switch the status to completed.
Is there any way to alter the customers e-mail address for that Order?
