If you want to create login and logout and registration pages, then, the plugin doesn’t have a connection to this. In that case,?you?will need to?use?a?User?Management?plugin?for handling?user registration

By the way, we have searched and found these ones, so, if you want, you can use one of these plugins:

If you want to set a limitation for only logged-in users, then, yes, the plugin has this feature (Limitation Users tab).
