Why Line-through sign showing on link

    Hi,

    We have noticed that line-through sign showing on some of the link on website even that link is not broken and didn’t get any notification email that why this issue coming.

    Can you please tell me how to get rid with line-through and get that notification email if any issue coming.

    HI @roshan1988,

    Another possibility for line-through to get applied is where the URLs are picked with the 403 status.

    A 403 status would mean the BLC crawler is blocked, are these URLs as internal links? or linking to a different website?

    However, in general, such URLs should be listed under Link Checker > Local

    DId you check the existing broken URLs to ensure there aren’t any 403 errors?

    You should see the option to disable the link under Link Checker> Local > Settings > Link tweaks, unchecking the “Apply custom formatting to broken links” option should remove the line through.
