Footer not working well

    I have created a very simple newsletter email form for the footer and tried to display it via shortcode (footer widget). I think it works, but tere is a big problem. The page is not clickable anymore and background turns darker (just like if I am using pop up banners for newsletter or others)
    how can I solve this?
    ps. I am using woodmart as theme

    solved! solution was not using HTML block. instead of that just using standard text block and entering the shortcode for the formular
