    Hi Dears

    I hope you are doing well.

    I would like to ask your help in this situation:

    In my ecommerce, I have installed the plugins. All was ok, until today I saw that invoices do not print the product information. But delivery note print perfect. In this link you have prints screens.

    Before to writte here, I update website, theme, plugins and made a optimization of database and clear de cache, but nothing better.

    We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested the scenario on our end. Could you please create a new invoice template and test the scenario to see if it resolves the issue?

    If the issue persists, please reach out to us with the WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System Status Report) and a screenshot of the WooCommerce order edit page for the order that you are experiencing issues with. While sharing the screenshots, please make sure to hide any sensitive user information.
